Challenge:

Coral Heart Counseling needed a website refresh to better reflect their warm, affirming, and inclusive approach. The existing site failed to convey their commitment to healing systemic and generational trauma and supporting BIPOC communities, coming across as outdated and not user-friendly.

Solution:

Empathy-Driven Design: We conducted comprehensive interviews with therapists and clients to understand their specific needs, focusing on the sensitive nature of mental health services. This informed our design approach, creating an interface that is welcoming and easy to navigate, ensuring clients feel safe and supported from their first visit to the site.

Figma for Seamless Collaboration: Utilizing Figma, we maintained continuous communication with Coral Heart Counseling throughout the design process. This platform allowed for real-time feedback and rapid iterations, ensuring the final design was closely aligned with their vision and values.

Building Trust & Connection: The new website design emphasizes trust and connection through calming visuals and a soothing color palette. Clear calls to action, alongside detailed therapist bios and client testimonials, highlight the expertise of the team and reassure potential clients of the quality of care they will receive.

Mobile-First Approach: Recognizing the importance of mobile accessibility, we optimized the site for all devices. This ensures a seamless experience whether clients are booking appointments or seeking information, reinforcing the accessibility and inclusivity of Coral Heart Counseling’s services.

Results:

Increased Appointment Bookings: The user-friendly design and straightforward booking process led to a 20% increase in online appointment bookings within the first three months of the website relaunch.

Improved Brand Perception: Feedback from both therapists and clients has been overwhelmingly positive, highlighting the site’s warm and inviting atmosphere and its ease of use.
